30-day returns

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened lunch boxes, drinkware and pet items can only be returned if unused and sealed.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@zyvanta.co.uk with your order number.
  2. We'll reply within one working day with a UK return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 working days. UK delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
