These terms apply to your use of zyvanta.co.uk and to any purchase you make from us. By placing an order with ZYVANTA LIMITED (company number 17281596) you agree to these terms.

An order placed on the site is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced or if we suspect fraud.

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processors. Title in goods passes to you on full payment and delivery.

UK delivery is handled through our fulfilment partner DOORA Express. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on the Track Order page. We are not liable for delivery delays outside our reasonable control.

You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details and exceptions.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited under UK consumer law. Subject to that, our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
